Quality

-          Review and update current procedures in a food environment

-          Inspect inbound materials vs. specifications

-          Inspect products during production process

-          Continue and improve lot code tracking processes

-          Work toward HAACP certification (scheduled for August)

-          Prepare facility for AIB audit (tentatively scheduled for September)

Logistics

-          Maintain inventory procedures and conduct audits

-          Audit customer orders

-          Analyze processes and provide recommendations as needed

-          Train on new ERP system to become expert in logistics, planning, inventory, etc. modules

-          Working knowledge of MS Office applications

This position will report to the VP of Operations. It is full time Monday through Friday. Core hours are 9-3 (everyone needs to be here during that time) but actual work hours can be determined during interview process. Currently the position will be 50% quality related and 50% logistics related. The person should have a couple of years of experience if possible but we are willing to train. College degree required.
